Securisti Consulting LLP ("Securisti", "we") operates this website. This notice explains what personal data we collect through it, why, and the choices available to you. We are a privacy consultancy, we hold ourselves to the standard we advise, aligned to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to email us: your name, company and any details you include in that email. We do not run web forms, booking tools, cookies, or analytics on this site, so we collect no other personal data through it.

Purposes and lawful basis

We process the details in your email to respond to your enquiry and, if it proceeds, to deliver the engagement you requested. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those specified here.

Retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which it is erased.

Sharing and processors

We use an email hosting provider to receive and store correspondence. It operates under a contract that restricts processing to our instructions and requires appropriate security safeguards. We do not otherwise share your personal data unless required by law.

Security

Personal data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls, and logging appropriate to the risk. In the event of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by section 8(6) of the Act and Rule 7.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, and raise a grievance. Write to support@securisti.com with the subject "Data Principal Request". We acknowledge and respond within the timelines prescribed under the Act and Rules. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
